The last underline words remind us dream of Father of Indian Space Programmer (Dr. Vikram Sarabhai). Just time travel in those era like number of hurdles, many people says lay on ground, there are many problem to solve first rather than introduce space program or launching first satellite.

Now new era extended version of their vision ( Many Indian Scientist must proud after seeing this if they alive ) begins and also roar in the sky. 

It takes 6 years (Its not a single digit number, tremendous efforts, many sleepless nights involved) from scratch to this incredible journey.

"Humbled to announce the successful completion of our first flight - Mission 01 of Agnibaan SOrTeD - from our own and India’s first & only private Launchpad within SDSC-SHAR at Sriharikota. All the mission objectives of this controlled vertical ascent flight were met and performance was nominal. The vehicle was completely designed in-house and was powered by the world’s first single piece 3d printed engine and also happens to be India’s first flight with a semi cryo engine. Our greatest thanks to IN-SPACe, ISRO, IIT Madras & our incredibly committed team in helping us prove that a private player can design and fly original space tech hardware in India  ."

"Air" quality concerns have led to regulatory measures such as Delhi's odd-even vehicle policy, an initiative aimed at reducing vehicular pollution by allowing cars with odd and even number plates to ply on alternate days.

"Water" bodies, too, face challenges. Industrial pollutants continue to compromise the purity of rivers like the Yamuna, echoing the tale of Kalia Nag, a fictional character known for polluting the river in Krishna's story. This narrative is not far removed from reality, as many rivers endure similar fates due to unchecked industrial waste.

The integrity of our "food" is also at stake. The prevalence of pesticides and the extensive processing of foodstuffs raise concerns about the health implications of our diets. Pesticides, while protecting crops, can have adverse health effects if exposure exceeds safe levels, leading to potential acute poisoning or long-term issues such as cancer and reproductive harm.

In pursuit of cleaner "air", people often retreat to villages or natural havens, seeking the joy and health benefits that come with breathing untainted air. This quest underscores the intrinsic value of environmental conservation and the need for sustainable practices to safeguard our most basic human needs.

While "water" filters are now common in homes and alternative sources are readily accessible, the same cannot be said for food. The debate between promoting organic food and indulging in greasy delights continues. Yet, how often do we scrutinize the labels of the food we purchase? Do we know which preservatives are safe? 

The blame game is prevalent: consumers argue that if they stop buying, companies will change their products, while others believe companies should initiate the change. Meanwhile, many are simply preoccupied with the immediate pleasure of taste.

The proactive approach of "Food Pharmer" has led to a significant shift in the industry, compelling companies to modify their products and encouraging the public to read labels. This movement has even inspired children to engage in constructive activities.

 "રોટી - કપડાં - મકાન" આ ત્રણ માણસની સામાન્ય જરૂરીયાત પણ એના કરતાં પણ પ્રાથમિક જરૂરીયાત એટલે "હવા - પાણી - અન્ન ". પહેલાં કેવા હતા અને હવે કેવાં છે! 

હવા ની વાત કરીએ તો દિલ્હી ની odd-even વ્હીકલ પોલીસી યાદ આવે ..

પાણી ની વાત માં તો હજી એ યમુના નદીમાં ઇન્ડસ્ટ્રીઝ રૂપી કાલીયા નાગ જીવંત જ છે, ઉપરથી બીજી કેટલીય નદીઓ છે એવી તો.

અન્ન - જેમાં પેસ્ટીસાઈડ, પ્રોસેસ્ડ ફૂડ ની ભરમાર છે .

હવા માટે આપણે ક્યારેક હવાફેર કરી લઇએ , સરસ મજાના ગામડે, કે પ્રાકૃતિક સૌંદર્ય વાળી જગ્યાએ મન ભરીને માણતા આવીએ.

પાણી માટે પણ ઘર ઘર માં ફિલ્ટર દેખાય ને બહાર પણ એના વૈકલ્પિક સ્ત્રોત મળી રહે છે.

પરંતુ અન્ન નું શું? ન આપણે ઓર્ગેનિક ને પ્રોત્સાહન આપીએ , ન તો જીભ ના ક્યારેક ચટાકા ને રોજીંદા બનતા અટકાવીએ...! મળતા વૈકલ્પિક ફૂડ પેકેટ્સ નું લેબલ છેલ્લે ક્યારે વાંચ્યું ? એમાં કયું ફૂડ પ્રીઝર્વેટીવ હોય છે એ યોગ્ય છે કે નહિ ક્યારે ચકાસ્યું? 

સૌ એકબીજા ની તરફ આંગળી ચીંધે ... ગ્રાહક વાપરતો બંધ થાય તો કંપની પ્રોડક્ટ બદલે , અને કોઇ કહે કંપની એ પ્રોડક્ટ બદલવી જોઇએ અને મોટાભાગની જનતા તો જીભ ના ચટાકામાં જ વ્યસ્ત... 

"Food Pharmer" ની બેધારી તલવારે(Positive Aggression) ...કંપની ને પ્રોડક્ટ પણ બદલાવી(aggression)  અને જનતા ને લેબલ વાંચતા કરી દીધા !!!  બાળકો પણ આમાં જોડાયા એ ચીમકી છે કંપનીને(constructive work).

આપણને વારસામાં શું મળ્યું? એ પણ લખીએ અને આપણે વારસામાં આપણી પેઢીને શું આપ્યું એ પણ લખીએ.

જેમકે, પરંપરાગત વાનગી ની પહેચાન આપણને વારસામાં મળી, પણ ફ્યુઝન વાનગી, અહીં જ મેક્સિકન , થાઈ વાનગી આપણે વારસામાં આપ્યું. તથા  અનહેલ્ધી નાસ્તા , બીમારી, પણ વારસામાં આપ્યું ..       

તો શું આ જ આપણે વસીયતનામા મા આપણા પેઢીને આપવું છે?

વાપરવા થોડાંક GB ઓછા હશે તો ચાલશે પણ હવા - પાણી - અન્ન કેવા આપશું વારસામાં ?
